TTPL is able to offer both leaded and lead free surface mount PCB assemble services. Although a vast majority of boards are now lead free, both processes are still available.

We can work with fully procured components, fully free issued or mixture of two. All PCB assemblies are visually inspected following reflow and statistical methods are used to analyze any defects found with quick implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
